Cooper: Week 29

COOPER LIKES:

Being a baby swimsuit model.
(Mommy can't stop herself... He's wayyyy too cute in a swimsuit!)

Tooting in his Mommy's face. Lovely.

Working out with Mommy.
Who needs weights when you've got a 18 pound baby?!

COOPER DOES NOT LIKE:

When nobody will share their ice cream.

PICTURE OF THE WEEK:

WEEK 29 HAPPENINGS:

Day 198: Cooper cheered on the Sooners to a another big win over texas with Pops, Gabby, Grandma Dortha, Zac, Jane and little Miss Evie!

Day 199: Worst. Night. Ever. Here's what happened...

12:30: Cooper woke up in a screaming fit. I rocked him, fed him and finally got him down...
2:00: Mommy sat straight up in bed and threw up for the next hour...
3:30: Mommy finally drags herself back in bed and crashes hard...
4:00: Security alarm siren starts blaring!! (This is where that ridiculously expensive video baby monitor paid for itself - I watched Cooper sleep right through the insanely loud sirens while screaming at Brandon to "Load the gun and get the baby!!")
5:15: Alarm goes off again! Needless to say, we are very thankful that our Daddy was home to save the day!

Day 200: Mommy was still sick so no pictures...

Day 201: First swim lesson! Cooper loved getting to splash in the water and we started practicing learning to float on our back... He didn't seem to mind if I held him, but if the swim teacher tried he wasn't too sure about it! Daddy came by after he got off of work and Cooper enjoyed swimming with him too. First swimming attempt - success!

Day 202: We had a busy day! First we took Mommy's car into the dealership for an oil change... We had to wait a couple of hours and Cooper was soooo good! He was very quiet and entertained himself in the quiet little lobby. I'm always thankful to have such a cooperative baby! While we were waiting Mommy got a phone call asking her to do a quick little lawyering over at the State Capital so off we went. Do to some technical difficulty with a printer we ended up hanging out at the Capital longer than expected - Cooper, yet again, behaved perfectly and entertained himself by trying to befriend a pretty bronze statue! We topped the night off with our cousins Haley and Maggie at another OU basketball game!

Day 203: Second day of swim lessons and Pops and Gabby came to spend the night!
