Cooper: Week 38

*Since we are currently living out of our suitcases and Cooper's rocking chair is packed away in storage I decided to just embrace this craziness and do a different chair each week until we are all moved in! This week the beautiful antique rocker comes from my parents' bedroom, as their house is our temporary home for the week.

COOPER LIKES:

Playing with someone just his size!

Swimming at Grammy's house...

Sneaking into Mommy & Daddy's bed...

The new chair...
It's lean your head back and laugh hilarious for some unknown reason!

That we officially belong to a new 'hood...

Counting the fish and playing at the dock...

When She-Who-Will-Never-Be-Named does this one little hopping move...
(Probably my most favorite video of all time!)

Helping Daddy drive...

Pop's glasses...
*New Record: He broke three pairs in two days

COOPER DOES NOT LIKE:

The very scary blow dryer...
Not sure why it's suddenly terrifying!

The fact that every room at She-Who-Will-Never-Be-Named and Pop's house requires a step up/down... This little trick has not yet been mastered.

MOMMY'S FAVORITE
PICTURE OF THE WEEK:

Tippy toes.

WEEK 38 HAPPENINGS:

Day 260: We happened to pull into town right in time for our annual family garage sale. Who would have ever guessed it would have been so fun! This picture was taken at the end when the fun was over and we were tired... Correction: The ADULTS were tired, Cooper was still having fun playing with Pops on the couch!

Day 261: We worked the garage sale for a few hours in the morning before heading back to OKC for Uncle Caleb's surprise graduation dinner followed by lots of fun at Pop Pop's house with the cousins!

Day 262: We went to LifeChurch and got to see Dave Ramsey in person! Such a treat for Mommy and Daddy... until Cooper got kicked out of LifeKids... "Kicked out" may be a little harsh, more like Cooper had all the fun he could handle for that hour so they flashed his little LifeKids number up on the screen and I quickly went to pick him up. The precious lady in LifeKids had done everything imaginable to make him happy but he just needed his Momma. After that we grabbed a quick lunch and headed to Grammy's for a swim! It was a tad bit cold so we just played around the pool instead.

Day 263: Cinco de Mayo with the Sullivan and Prier cousins.  We had a great time cheering on the Thunder over some delicious mexican food!!

Day 264: We ran errands in Tahlequah with Pops! Cooper has turned into quite the little contractor! He helped pick out our new wood floors and held the scaffolds while we tested out chandeliers so that we would know what size to buy. He's very helpful.

Day 265: For the last few years, I have walked around our OKC neighborhood and dreamed about the day when I would have a precious baby to push around the beautiful walking trail at our little city lake. That day happened on Day 265! It was so wonderful - pretty scenery, lots of fun little animal sightings and the most precious walking partner imaginable... He was obviously equally amused...

Day 266: No fun pictures today, all we did was organize stuff! We got the storage building in tip top shape, rearranged and sorted all the boxes that we stuck in my parents' playroom, unpacked our clothes, etc. Not fun, but very productive.

**This is a ridiculous number of pictures, but he was happy and squirmy and adorable so I couldn't narrow it down... The climbing trick is new and not especially awesome as it seems to pose lots of dangerous end results, but the faces he makes while doing it are rather priceless...
